Die Kunst der Faßreifung: Limited Release von Murray McDavid

Ein herausragender Holzschatz ist das Markenzeichen von Murray McDavid. 
Der unabhängige Abfüller wurde 1994 von Mark Reynier (CEO von Waterford und Renegade), Simon Coughlin und Gordon Wright (Springbank Distillery) gegründet. 
Mit Nachreifungen in den erlesenen Fässern machte sich das Team schnell einen Namen.

Geschmackliche Dimensionen von Single Grain Whisky zeigt Murray McDavid in der Serie "Select Grain" auf.
Der North British 13 Jahre erhielt ein Finish in Fässern, die mit dem ungarisch-slowakischen Süßwein-Tokajer vorbelegt waren.
