In den sonnenverwöhnten Hügeln der norditalienischen Region Piemont ist der Weinanbau fest verwurzelt. 
Und mit ihm: Wermut.
Als eines der ersten Luxusgetränke erblickte er schon Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts das Licht der Welt. 
Seitdem hat sich die Spirituose in klassischen Varianten oder innovativen Ausformungen als echter Bar-Standard etabliert - und mit ihr die Antica Destilleria Quaglia als regionaler Premium-Produzent.

Del Professore Aperitivo hebt den Aperitif auf ein neues Level: Der mit ISW-Silber ausgezeichnete Likörwein ist intensiv und langanhaltend im Geschmack, mit frischen Zitrusfrüchten, Salbei und floralen Noten, einem Hauch von Enzian und anderen zartbitteren Kräutern.
