Ezra Brooks wird von dem Spirituosenhersteller Luxco im Herzen der Bourbon Heimat hergestellt. In Kentuckys prächtiger Südstaatenkultur, die reich an natürlichen Ressourcen wie qualitativ hochwertigem Getreide und feinem, kalksteingefiltertem Wasser ist, gibt es optimale Bedingungen für die Herstellung von Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. 

2018 wurde die neue Lux Row Destillerie auf einer historischen, 36-Hektar großen Farm in Bardstown, Kentucky errichtet. Maßgeblich beteiligt in der Produktion ist Master Distiller John Rempe, der seit über 20 Jahren Teil der Luxco/Lux Row Familie ist. Herzstück der Brennerei ist die 13 Meter hohe, handgefertigte Kupferbrennblase von Vendome. Lux Row Distillers produzieren u.a. auch die von Kammer-Kirsch vertriebenen Bourbon Marken Rebel und Blood Oath. 

Ezra Brooks Bourbon Whiskies haben bei renommierten, internationalen Wettbewerben höchste Auszeichnungen erzielt, die die hervorragende Qualität unterstreichen. So gewann Ezra Brooks Straight Bourbon 2018 bei den SIP Awards eine Platin Medaille und bei der San Francisco World Spirits Competition eine Doppel Gold Medaille.
