Diese limitierte Abfüllung aus der Enmore-Destillerie in Guyana reifte zunächst für zehn Jahre in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern anschliessend für weitere fünf Jahre in ehemaligen französischen Sauternes-Weinfässern aus dem Bordeaux.

Aroma: fruchtige Aromen von reifen Zitrusfrüchten und mildem Honig
Geschmack: angenehm weich mit ausgewogener Süße - deutlich das Sauternes-Faß, dazu reife tropische Früchte und leicht würzige Noten
Abgang: im Abgang lang mit Noten von weichem Honig, reifen Papayas und würziger Eiche
