Der erste irische Pot Still Whiskey, der in exBordeauxfässern nachreifte!
Zunächst lagerte dieser Pot Still Whiskey in exBourbon-, exOloroso-Sherry- und erstbefüllten amerikanischen Eichenfässern, dann erfolgte eine zweite Reifung für 12-24 Monate in exBordeaux-Weinfässern aus dem Chateau Léoville Barton.

Aroma: fruchtig mit deutlichen Aromen von Himbeeren und roten Äpfeln, dazu milder Honig, Zitrone und Ingwer
Geschmack: wieder die Äpfel, gefolgt von weichem Toffee, frischer Zitronenschale und roten Johannisbeeren - über allem Honig und würzige Noten
Abgang: lang im Abgang mit einer überraschend trockenen Note - reifes Getreide und noch mehr Würzigkeit sind präsent
