Das Meisterstück aus dem Hause A.H. Riise!
Non Plus Ultra ist heute ein Ausdruck für "das Beste" oder "nichts besseres folgt" - in der Antike fand man den Schriftzug "Non Plus Ultra" an den Säulen des Herakles um das Ende der bekannten Welt am Ausgang des Mittelmeers, der Straße von Gibraltar, zu markieren.
Non Plus Ultra diente somit als Warnung für die Seefahrer, ihre Reise nicht weiter in diese unbekannte Welt fortzusetzen - Non Plus Ultra kommt aus dem lateinischen und bedeutet in der korrekten Übersetzung "nicht mehr weiter"!

Nur die besten und ältesten Fässer, sorgsam ausgewählt und von Hand geblendet, finden den Weg in diese Abfüllung.

Aroma: würzig und sehr elegant mit Aromen von Melasse, Eiche, Tabak und Orange
Geschmack: kräftiger und fruchtiger, lang anhaltender Geschmack mit Noten von Zedernholz, Vanille, Karamell und feinem Sherry
Abgang: weich und elegant im sehr langen Abgang
