Der erste Single Malt Whisky aus der 2014 gegründeten Cotswolds-Destillerie, destilliert aus Odyssey-Gerste, gereift in first-fill Oak-Barrels.

Aroma: intensive Aromen von Honig und weichem Karamell, dazu reife Pfirsiche und Aprikosen - im Hintergrund Marzipan
Geschmack: ölig mit viel Malz und braunem Rohrzucker - sehr würzig mit Noten von süßer Orangenmarmelade
Abgang: lang und würzig im Abgang, dazu dunkle, reife Früchte und etwas Ahornsirup
