Ein Blended Pot Still Whiskey mit sehr hohem Malt Whisky-anteil.
Dies ist der erste Whiskey, den Jack Teeling unter dem Teeling-Label auf den Markt brachte.

Die ausgewählten Fässer wurde für eine weitere, 6-monatige Lagerung in exRumfässer umgefüllt, um mehr Süße und Würze zu erzielen.
Ein reichhaltiger, delikater, cremig-weicher irischer Blended Whiskey!

Aroma: Orangenblüten und frisch geschnittenes Gras, dann folgen Piment, Apfelkuchen, schwarze Johannisbeeren und etwas Vanille
Geschmack: reichhaltig, sehr würzig und cremig mit Noten von Zitrone, Kräutern, Zimt und wieder die Vanille
Abgang: im Abgang wieder die Kräuter, dazu leichte Toffeenoten

Der Teeling Rum Cask repräsentiert eine gelungen Abfüllung aus diversen Malt und Grain Whiskeys Irlands. Ohne Altersangabe, nicht kühlgefiltert und mit 46% abgefüllt ist der Teeling Rum Cask mit seinem leichten, süßem Aroma ein durchaus gelungener Whiskey.
