12 lange Jahre reifte dieser Single Malt Whisky ausschliesslich in ehemaligen spanischen Oloroso Sherry-Fässern.

Aroma: deutliche Sherry-Süße, dazu Vanille und etwas Ingwer - eine leichte rauchige Note im Hintergrund
Geschmack: herrlich weich, dazu intensive fruchtige Noten, die an Trockenfrüchte - vor allem Pflaumen und Aprikosen - erinnern, wieder schmeckt man den Sherry, hinzu kommen würzige Noten und auch wieder der Rauch
Abgang: wieder die Trockenfrüchte und die Gewürze - vor allem aber süße Toffee-Noten
