Invergordon in sweet perfection! Distilled in 1988 and matured for 27 long years in an exSherry Butt - bottled by independent bottler Wemyss in 2015.

Aroma: like a sweet dessert plate with baked apple, roasted pineapple with caramel sauce and bananas with brown sugar - with hazelnut liqueur and espresso
Taste: warm sponge cake and creamy pudding, juicy sultanas, baked apple rings and raisins in chocolate - then spicier with noticeably aniseed nutmeg and candied ginger - a bit of Danish pastry
Departure: velvety on the finish with pronounced spiciness and creamy caramel
