Massandra is the oldest winery on the Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea.
The barrel used here previously contained a port of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, known as "Tsar's port" - a port of three years old with a sugar content of 8%.
Glenglassaugh had one of her oldest whiskeys ripened in this barrel.
Aroma: sweet plums, blueberries and strawberries, with roasted oak
Taste: rich and juicy, red berry compote, liquorice and a little chilli
Finish: dry and salty with blackcurrant and licorice

Edition: 372 bottles with individual numbering
