Aroma: wet leather and tobacco leaves, then sponge cake filled with lemon cream, a slight powdered sugar sweetness and hints of sweet smoke, added with a salty note
Taste: a large cloud of fiery peat smoke and sea salt - then again soft leather - to oriental spices such as tamarind and turmeric - finally grilled fish, soaked in lemon oil
Finish: powerful smoke covers the palate, silky soft finish
