Glendronach's second batch of single malts stored exclusively in former Spanish Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, bottled in barrel strength.
Aroma: intense aromas of honey-soaked raisins and sultanas, candied ginger and orange, delicate aromas of warm oak
Taste: sherry and raisins covered with chocolate, again the oranges, sweet and spicy, traces of toffee and roasted almonds
Finish: very well-balanced, long finish with lots of fruit and sherry
