The Dublin Liberties Copper Alley Single Malt Irish Whiskey ist eine limitierte Abfüllung der irischen Whiskey Brennerei THE DUBLIN LIBERTIES.
Master Distiller Darryl MacNally, welcher auf über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Herstellung bester irischer Whiskey zurückblickt, ist der kreative Kopf der Brennerei und hat extra für das Finish dieses 10 Jahre alten Whiskeys 30 Jahre alte Oloroso-Sherry-Fässer ausgewählt um ihn seinen individuellen Geschmack zu verleihen.

In der Nase komplex, sehr facettenreich, süßlich und angenehm fruchtig zeigt sich der The Dublin Liberties Copper Alley am Gaumen vollmundig, toll strukuriert, fruchtig-süß, dezent hölzern und leicht rauchig mit Aromen von Sherry, Eichenholz, Malz und Karamel.
Sein Abgang ist lang anhaltend und wärmend mit leicht cremigen und fruchtigen Tönen.
