Das Meisterstück aus dem Hause Botucal - der Ambassador wurde kreiert von Master Blender Tito Cordero (2011 ausgezeichnet mit dem Golden Barrel Award zum Master Rum Blender des Jahres).
Für diesen Rum wurde nur schwere Pot Still-Rums verwendet, mindestens 12 Jahre gereift in exBourbon-Fässern und anschließend für weitere zwei Jahre in exPedro Ximenez-Sherry Barrels.

Ein unglaublich komplexer Rum mit intensiven Noten getrockneter Früchte, Sherry und Tabak.
In edler, schwerer Holzkiste mit Schuber in Lederoptik

Aroma: schwer und fruchtig in der Nase, deutlich nussige Aromen und Kakao, dazu Toffee - dann fruchtiger mit Apfel und gekochter Banane - Sherry und warmer Obstkuchen mit Zimt
Geschmack: reichhaltig und fruchtig, wieder der frische Kuchen mit Zimt, Aprikosen und Datteln - viel Schokolade und süßer Pfeifentabak
Abgang: langer, fruchtiger Abgang mit einer eleganten Süße von dickflüssigem Honig - leicht würzig
