Acht bis zwölf Jahre alte Rumqualitäten aus der Dominikanischen Republik finden sich im Cristóbal Niña, der in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern reifte. 
Niña ist der Spitzname des Schiffes Santa Clara, das Columbus auf mehreren seiner Abenteuer nach Amerika begleitete. 
Aufgrund von Meuterei in den Kolonien und des Geldmangels musste Columbus das Schiff verkaufen - das Schicksal des Schiffes ist unbekannt.

Aroma: unglaublich komplex und ausgewogen - grüne Erdbeeren und blumige Aromen, abgerundet mit frisch geschlagenem Eichenholz und Crème Brulée mit karamellisierter Zuckerkruste
Geschmack: üppige Noten von Pfefferminzschokolade und Marshmallows
Abgang: der Abgang ist sanft und weich mit Tönen frischer Vanille, die ein seidiges Gefühl im Gaumen hinterlassen
