Der Ron Esclavo 12 Sherry Cask Finish Limited Edition ist ein exklusiver Blended Rum aus bis zu 12 Jahre alten Rumqualitäten der Dominikanischen Republik.
Alle verwendeten Rumqualitäten wurden aus Melasse in der Column Still destilliert und anschließend in der Dominikanischen Republik in amerikanischen Weißeichefässern gelagert.
Anschließend wurde der Rum in Europa in ehemaligen Sherryfässern aus Spanien für ein weiteres Jahr nachgereift.

Aroma: deutlich der Sherryfaßeinfluss - reife rote Früchte und Beeren sind präsent - dahinter würziges Eichenholz
Geschmack: wieder die roten Beeren, dazu gesellen sich noten saftiger Trockenfrüchte - Feigen und Datteln - etwas Vanille und wieder die würzige Eiche
Abgang: voll und üppig im langen Abgang mit intensiven Noten reifer dunkler Kirschen und Pflaumen
