"Die Schönheit der Jahreszeiten" (deutsch für Ki No Bi), ist ein Premium Gin aus der unabhängigen Destillerie in Kyoto, Japan.
Die Basis bildet ein destillierter, cremiger Alkohol aus Reis, der dem Destillat eine sanfte Süße und eine feine Vanillenote verleiht, dazu kommen regionale Botanicals wie gelber Yuzu, Hinoki, Sansho Pfeffer, Bambusblätter, Ingwerwurzel und Gyokuro-Tee.

Aroma: kräftige und reine Aromen, sehr vielfältiges Bukett mit vielen würzigen Aromen
Geschmack: weich und dennoch markant, mit Yuzu, Wacholder und deutlichen Zitrusnoten
