Die Fässer für diese Abfüllung stammen vom Gründer der Destillerie, Daniel Szor, es handelt sich um Re-charred American Oak Red Wine Casks!

Aroma: frisches Heu und geschnittenes Holz, dazu dunkle Schokolade und getrocknete Feigen - im Hintergrund Pflaumen mit süßem Sirup
Geschmack: warme Röstnoten von Getreide, dann Unmengen von frischen roten Früchten und Butterscotch
Abgang: Spuren von würziger Eiche, intensive Töne von getrockneten Früchten - über allem angenehm nussige, trockene Noten
