Ausgezeichnet als Bester Campbeltown Single Malt Whisky ohne Altersangabe 2014 bei den World Whisky Awards!

Der "torfige" Einstieg in die Single Malt Whisky-Welt von Campbeltown.
Für diesen Whisky lässt man die Gerste für 48 Stunden über Torffeuer trocknen.
Weniger als 100 Fässer werden jedes Jahr abgefüllt.

Sehr schön ergänzen sich hier die Salzigkeit eines Campbeltown-Whisky und die Torfnote Longrows.

Aroma: Salz und eine ledrige Rauchigkeit - fast wie die feuchte Lederjacke eines Hafenarbeiters in Campbeltown
Geschmack: leicht und süß mit grünen Äpfeln und Rhabarber - dann plötzlich eine kräftige Portion Rauch
Abgang: wieder Meersalz und Rauch - lang im Abgang
