  • Gereift in ehemaligen Kentucky Bourbonfässern
  • Ein angenehm milder Single Malt mit ausgeprägten Noten von Nüssen und Vanille

Porträt: Was den Deanston Kentucky Cask Matured ausmacht.

Die schottische Hoghland-Destillerie Deanston lässt diesen Single Malt Whisky ausschließlich in ehemaligen Kentucky Bourbonfässern reifen.


Aroma: malzige Aromen gepaart mit reifer Gerste, dann intensive Aromen reifer Birnen und Äpfel, dazu gesellen sich leichte Anklänge von Ananas, Papaya, Zimt und etwas Eichenholz

Geschmack: cremig-weich und mundfüllend mit deutlichen Noten von Vanilleschoten, würzigem Heidehonig und gerösteten Nüssen - über allem wieder die Birnen und die Äpfel

Abgang: im mittellangen Abgang wieder malzige Töne und Getreide, dazu Honig und Vanille
