Produktbeschreibung "Cotswolds Peated Cask"
Für ihren faßstarken Cotswolds Peated Cask nutzen die englischen Brenner kleine 125-Liter-Fässer, die zuvor stark rauchigen Islay-Whisky von Laphroaig enthielten. 
Aus Dauben ehemaliger Bourbonfässer zu kleineren, zigarrenförmigen Fässern umgebaut, erlauben sie viel Interaktion zwischen Holz und Whisky.

Aroma: Vanille mit leichter Holzkohle und einem Hauch von Trockenfrüchten und Gewürzen
Geschmack: cremiger Torfrauch, überlagert von hellen Früchten und tanninreichem Holz
Abgang: anhaltender Abgang mit rauchender Glut, blumigem Honig und Holzzucker
