Ein dreifach destillierter Whiskey.
Zunächst gereift in erstbefüllten exBourbon Barrels, anschließend erhielt der Whiskey ein sechsmonatiges Finish in ehemaligen Pedro Ximénez Sherryfässern.

Aroma: deutlich der Duft des süßen Sherry - weiche Trockenfrüchte, vor allem Rosinen, Pflaumen und Datteln, dazu reife Kirschen und kandierte Orangen
Geschmack: mundfüllend und weich im Geschmack mit deutlichen Noten von braunem Rohrzucker, wieder die Trockenfrüchte - dann nussiger werdend - leichte Zitrusnoten im Hintergrund
Abgang: lang im Abgang - fruchtig-wärmend mit leicht würzigen Eichentönen
