Dodd’s Gin wird von der London Distillery Company seit ihrer Gründung Jahr 2011 produziert.

Der Dodd’s Gin stammt aus 2 verschiedenen Destillationsmethoden. Während ein Teil der Botanicals klassisch durch eine Kupferbrennblase fließt, extrahierte man die Aromen anderer Zutaten mittels Vakuum-Destillation.
Botanicals, die hier Verwendung fanden, sind unter anderem Wacholder, Angelika, Zitronenschalen, Lorbeer, Himbeerblätter und echter Londoner Honig.
Beide Destillationsprodukte werden vermählt und anschließend mit 49,9 %vol. Alkoholgehalt abgefüllt und per Hand etikettiert.

Im Geschmack ist der Dodd’s Gin angenehm würzig mit Wacholder, Angelika und Ingwer.
Dazu gesellen sich spritzige Zitrusnoten, ein Hauch Vanille und eine feine Süße.
Der Honig verleiht dem Gin ein vollmundiges Mundgefühl.

Selbstverständlich als Gin-Tonic, aber auch pur ein wahrer Genuss!
