Die Rum-Destillerie Long Pond liegt in der Nähe der Nordküste Jamaicas im Bezirk Trelawny.
Sie ist eine der beiden letzten verbliebenen Brennereien im "Trelawny Parish" auf Jamaika.
Weltberühmt ist Long Pond, gegründet 1753, bis heute für ihre aromatischen Pot Still Rumqualitäten. 

15 Jahre reifte der Rum auf Jamaika in ausgebrannten Fässern aus amerikanischer Weißeiche.

Aroma: süß und würzig - Cumin, Kurkuma, etwas Eiche mit einer leichten Zitrusnote
Geschmack: würzig mit einer deutlichen Zeder-Note
Abgang: süß, reichhaltig und fruchtig
