"The Rather Elegant" is a composition of selected exBourbon barrels of American white oak and barrels, which received a second maturation in former Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.

Nose: soft with clearly malted barley and a mix of ripe summer fruits - with hints of vanilla
Taste: clearly banana, pineapple and pear - pleasantly sweet with a delicate mix of spicy notes
Finish: soft and flowery on the finish with clear notes of pear drops

In der Nase deutliche Eiche. Auch im Mund bleibt die Eiche, frische (Zitrus-)Früchte kommen hinzu und eine angenehme Süße. Ganz im Hintergrund ein wenig Rauch. Angenehm leicht. Im Abgang ausreichend lang. Toller Einstiegs-Malt :-)
