Two former Bourbon barrels were completed by Signatory for this bottling.
A wonderfully mature Craigellachie from the Scottish Speyside.

Aroma: spicy with lots of apple and pear - anise in the background
Taste: very creamy (typical Craigellachie!), Malty with a very nice vanilla note, with nutmeg, toffee and honey - the apples are also recognizable
Finish: fruity and sweet and spicy on the finish

Toller, junger Whisky, der aus den Bourbon-Fässern in 8 Jahren schöne Aromen gezogen hat. Süß-würzig und vollmundig - dabei leicht und unaufdringlich.
