Signatory has a very good hand (or rather nose?) For selecting barrels at the best time of maturation.
For this bottling Signatory selected two hogsheads from the unfamiliar unknown distillery Mannochmore in the Scottish Highlands.
Distilled on April 27, 2007, the single malt whiskey matured for over 10 years until the barrels were married and bottled on September 8, 2017.

Aroma: like a walk, a pure fragrant flower meadow in spring, with distinctive aromas of softwood and coriander - in the background vanilla and some honey
Taste: creamy in the taste with a noticeably spicy note, hints of roasted coffee, malt and tobacco leaves
Departure: long finish with now slightly fruity notes of ripe apples, again vanilla and toffee
