The Long Pond rum distillery is located in the Close to the north coast of Jamaica in the Trelawny district.
It is one of the last two remaining distilleries in "Trelawny Parish" on Jamaica. Long Pond, founded in 1753, is world famous for its aromatic pot still rum qualities.

15 years the rum in Jamaica matured in burnt-out barrels made from American white oak.

Nose: sweet and spicy - cumin, turmeric, some oak with a slight citrus note
Taste: spicy with a clear cedar note
Finish: sweet, rich and fruity

100% Jamaica molasses rum
4 weeks fermented
Distilled in John Dore - Double Retort - Copper Pot Still
ITP - Single Mark Rum
Ester-Level: 197 g/hl AA
no added sugar or other additives
