Signatory's Unchillfiltered Collection once again surprises with an interesting bottling of a not-so-popular distillery - Glen Elgin.
This single malt whiskey matured for 21 long years before Signatory bottled the two barrels on 19.12.2017 - two days before their 22nd birthday.

Aroma: soft and balanced with delicate vanilla and oak flavors
Taste: elegant and creamy in the taste, again the vanilla, in addition to soft caramel and a slight spiciness
Finish: warming with a light sweetness
