Winner of the gold medal at ISW 2015 (International Spirits Competition)

What do Canada, Scotland and Japan have in common? This blended whisky!
Grain Whiskys from Canada meet in Japan at about eight years old malt whiskys from Scotland!
United in Spanish ex-Sherry barrels, these are stored for five years in caves and disused railway tunnels of the Chugoku-Jozo distillery.

Nose: gentle aromas of honey and caramel, pleasantly sweet and nutty, paired with a light spiciness - then develop fruit and cereal flavors
Taste: now clearer the grain with a very elegant sweetness, reminiscent of dark chocolate with honey and vanilla
Finish: long-lasting finish, dry and spicy
