An eight-year old single malt whisky from the Glenallachie distillery - first aged in American oak barrels, then stored for a second ripening in Organic-Rye Quarter Casks from Chicago's Koval distillery.

Nose: Powerful Flavors rich spices, especially cinnamon and nutmeg, honey and butterscotch behind it
Taste: intense sweet and spicy notes, with honey and butterscotch again - apples and cloves in the background
Finish: medium finish - the sweet tones are always still present
