Product information "Ballechin 11 Year Old 2007/2018 Bourbon / Sherry Casks Edition Small Batch # 2 Signatory 48.1% vol. 0,7l"
Edition # 2 of the new, exclusively for Germany, launched series by the independent Scottish bottler Signatory.
The second bottling is an 11-year-old, high-pitched single malt whiskey from the Scottish Highland distillery Edradour (bottled under the name Ballechin), matured in exBourbon and exSherry casks.

Aroma: clearly peat smoke, with ripe fruits and some vanilla - over all spicy oak wood and tannins
Taste: soft and elegant in the taste - peat smoke is present, but makes room for ripe, red fruits, dates and figs, some creme brulee and heather
Finish: a long finish - notes of old leather and teak - then again dried fruit and vanilla - over all peat

Der normale Ballechin ist schon toll, aber dieses Produkt schießt alles ab.. ich habe ihn inzwischen am Lager :-)
