Aroma: at the beginning a lot of peat and sweet berries, followed by aromas of green pepper and seaweed, gauze bandages and damp campfire ash Taste: again the peat and the gauze bandages, a lot of smoke and damp soil with notes of anise, fennel and liquorice - behind it old leather Finish: long and powerful on the finish with peat and smoke
