The Art of Barrel Aging: Limited Release by Murray McDavid

An outstanding wooden treasure is Murray McDavid's trademark. 
The independent bottler was founded in 1994 by Mark Reynier (CEO of Waterford and Renegade), Simon Coughlin and Gordon Wright (Springbank Distillery). 
With post-aging in the exquisite casks, the team made quick progress a name.

First-class single malts, married to create new styles and flavors: This is what connoisseurs will find in the "The Vatting" series.
The Speysiders 11 years combines single malts from Glentauchers, Strathmill, Glen Spey and Inchgower - elegantly finished in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
