Gordon & MacPhail regularly fills different vintages from the Macallan Distillery in the Speymalt range - for these bottlings, first-fill and refill sherry casks are usually selected and wedded together.

Aroma: a lot of sherry and sweet Demerara sugar, cooked fruit and traces of beeswax polish
Taste: peppery with fruity, dark plums, raspberries and bananas
Departure: long, creamy-soft finish - again the fruits, with some honey
