Bottled by this 24-year-old Glen Scotia, matured in an exBourbon barrel, 293 bottles.

Aroma: light wood tones - reminiscent of balsa wood - with fresh lemon cake and white chocolate - then spicy aromas of mint, fresh thyme - like a herb garden by the sea
Taste: Green moss in an orchard of quince, apples and pears - the classic salty sea breeze for Glen Scotia, plus some peat smoke and burlap
Finish: exceptionally smoky and salty on the finish
