Aroma: spicy aromas with clearly heather and old leather, with wheat bran and soft, ripe fruits Taste: plenty of malt and brown sugar, the sherry is clearly recognizable, light notes of salt, grains and honey Finish: oily on the finish with lots of barley and fruits, then spicy - again the typical Springbank salt and cane sugar
