Skiren is an Old Nordic word for bright sky - meaning polar lights.
Scapa let this bottling ripen exclusively in first-fill American Oak Casks.

Nose: a lot of honey and cream - with aromas of apples, tropical fruits and anise - slightly nutty
Taste: warming in the taste - again much honey and fruit - clearly pear and lemon - becomes spicier with slight oak tones
Finish: medium in the finish - slightly sweet, again the oak

Für mich einer der Besten "ungetorften". Überzeugt mich besonders durch seine etwas ölige milde Art!
