For over 11 years, this medium-peated single malt whiskey matured in a former red wine barrel from the French Bordeaux, distilled in April 2007, bottled in August 2018 in barrel strength without cold filtration to only 292 bottles in the Single Cask Selection.

Aroma: full aromas of spices, especially ginger and cloves, allspice
Taste: The taste is much more fruity with notes of raisins, sultanas and dates
Finish: a long finish - peat smoke and vanilla go hand in hand
