For this bottling, Signatory selected two first-filled exBourbon barrels - distilled on June 20, 2008, matured over nine years until November 22, 2017, then the independent bottler combined the barrels and filled them in the vintage line.

Aroma: spicy aromas of coriander and oak, with herbs and vanilla - slightly fruity
Taste: soft and creamy in the taste - the spicy notes are joined by mellow honey and red apples - above all a light vanilla note
Finish: medium-length, slightly fruity finish with a pleasantly restrained sweetness - slightly spicy
