Distilled in 1995, bottled in 2017 to only 319 bottles.

Aroma: Sumptuous and fruity-floral with fresh grass, honeysuckle and lemon syrup - then darker tones of oatcakes, buttercopcorn and freshly baked crusted bread
Taste: fresh with notes of lime, homemade lemonade, biscuits filled with lemon cream, quark and candied apples - orange oil and plum jam behind
Finish: sweet and spicy with ginger and some white pepper
