Aroma: sweet, golden sultanas and strong fig syrup, ground almonds, some orange and black pepper
Taste: dark fruits, covered with Demerara sugar, then apricot syrup, ginger and vanilla - a hint of cigar box and soft notes of ground barley
Departure: elegant sherry tones and a robust Highland style make a delicate, long finish

Sehr schön. Ein cremiger Highlander wie er besser nicht aus dem Fass kommen kann. Viel Mandel, Feigen, Ahornsirup. Alkohol ist nicht zu stechend. Mit etwas Wasser öffnet er sich und gibt seine Aromenpracht frei.
