On 10.09.2003 two hogsheads in the Islay distillery Caol Ila were filled with fresh distillate.
About 11 years later, on 20.07.2015, Signatory filled the matured single malt whiskey of these two barrels.

Aroma: the proximity to the sea is unmistakable! yet soft with distinct aromas of malt, oak, wax and black pepper
Taste: oily and creamy in the taste, much smoke, again the roasted oak, in addition malt and vinegar - and anise - harmoniously balanced
Finish: long finish with lots of peat smoke, sea salt and some caramel
