Filling from two barrels from the independent bottler Signatory.

Aroma: a light sweetness and fresh grass, followed by aromas of ripe raspberries and white chocolate
Taste: slightly mineral at first, then clear notes of ripe oranges and lemons
Departure: soft on the finish with spicy hints of white pepper
