Distilled in 2008, this single malt whisky from the Bunnahabhain distillery on the Scottish Hebridean island of Islay matured for 12 long years in the former Spanish sherry butt with the number #1162.

The Cask was bottled on October 13, 2020 to just 386 bottles by the independent bottler Signatory.

Nose: you can smell the proximity of the distillery to the sea, spicy heather and damp autumn leaves - above all red, ripe fruits

Taste: now clearly fruity, you can see the influence of the sherry barrel, slightly sweet with notes of old leather and light peat smoke - spicy notes in the background

Finish: gentle, slightly smoky taste in the finish
