The single malt matured over seven years in a former Oloroso Sherry Butt - distilled in April 2012, bottled in May 2019 to only 492 bottles.

Nose: reminiscent of a BBQ on the Islay beach - flavors of coal, soot and grilled fruit - plus plenty of sea air - then smoked ham and pipe tobacco
Taste: a slight sherry sweetness, then salty licorice and dark mint chocolate - with lots of peat and iodine on top
Finish: long finish with notes of passion fruit, with medicinal tones
