A 24-year old single malt whisky from the Scottish distillery Tobermory on the island of Mull.
Matured in a former Sherry Hogshead, distilled in December 1994, bottled in May 2019 at only 226 bottles.
Nose: fresh summer flowers and freshly baked apple pie, with caramel, toffee and chocolate
Taste: some sherry, again the toffee, with pecans and milk chocolate, behind it marzipan and blackcurrants
Finish: soft and velvety on the finish - distinctly nutty Sheet music, paired with exotic spices
