Wemyss has a knack - or rather a nose - for fancy bottlings!
This 30-year-old bunnahabhain from Islay Island shows the high, old school of the distillery - matured in an exSherry Butt, just 628 bottles have been bottled.

Aroma: a Bunnahabhain from the old days! - salty caramel, liquorice and dark chocolate, then cocoa, pink pepper and in the background light strawberry aromas
Taste: Exuberant and complex in the taste with notes of delicately melting cocoa, sweet licorice sweets, spicy with allspice and cloves, followed by roasted almonds
Finish: lingering on the finish with elegant notes of exotic spices, cocoa and licorice
