Distilled in 1997, this single malt whiskey matured for 20 years in a former Bourbon hogshead, then Wemyss bottled the cask on just 277 bottles.

Aroma: mild, rich aromas of ripe bananas with warm porridge and honey - followed by candied oranges, some jasmine and hazelnut chocolate
Taste: Balanced and creamy, almost oily with intense bourbon cask notes, slightly mineral - then freshly baked and buttered muffin, warm corn bread and honey and nut muesli
Finish: sweet and spicy wood, again the fruits - above all a small smoky note
